Your tasks

• Strategic consulting: support well-known customers in e-commerce, digitalization and process optimization - from system selection to implementation
• Partnership-based collaboration: work on an equal footing with customers to actively shape innovative changes
• Conception: Develop customized strategies and solutions for store systems and cross-platform integrations.
• Project management: Manage customer projects independently, including workshops and technical consulting.
• Solution architecture: Design technical solutions and integrations based on the MACH architecture.
  
  

Your profile

• Education: Degree in economics, business informatics or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Practical knowledge in e-commerce projects, ideally with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Technical know-how: Familiarity with web development, databases, APIs and e-commerce systems (e.g. MACH architecture).
• Analytical thinking: Ability to interpret data and identify optimization potential.
• Marketing & SEO: Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and search engine optimization.
• Communication: Strong consulting and communication skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable way.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Tools: Confident handling of MS Office; experience with Jira/Confluence an advantage.
