Your Tasks

Your task will be to drive innovation by analysing our Data Technologies portfolio for potential improvements, deriving and implementing new features. Along the way, you'll ensure compliance with internal and external standards, procedures, and best practices.

Your Specific Responsibilities & Tasks Include

• Analyse data and data flows and evaluate possible errors
• Conduct incident-, problem- and change management for our data platforms
• Perform First- or Second-Level-Support for different parts of the data platforms
• Implementation of innovative and technical improvements
• Create and test data platform requirements
• Monitor and review (data) processes and ensure the correct and timely availability of data for customers within the scope of service times
• Ensuring operational stability of our data platforms

Your skills: 

• Experience working in data operations in general and especially in Data Warehousing
• Expertise in the operation of data warehouse solutions, applications and databases
• Extensive professional experience with SQL tools as well as in the analysis of data and data flows
• Experience of agile/scrum-based working is appreciated and experience working with Oracle and Informatica is also an advantage
• Know-how and experience with cloud technologies are desirable
• You can communicate fluently in English and German
