Position Overview

You’ll work with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic organization to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry. Sales Specialists are crucial to delivering on our mission of enabling our customers to enhance precision cancer diagnostics.

What You Will Do

• Promote product portfolio, negotiate contracts and close sales in order to achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets along with driving longer term sales performance .
• Delivery of portfolio presentation and demonstrations
• Enter on a daily base all activities, opportunities, and related information into the CRM.
• Ensure all reporting and forecasting is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Monitor performance and devise corrective action plans with Country Manager where necessary.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Qualification, Degree, or equivalent, in Laboratory Medicine, Biology or Biotechnology (or similar).
• Proven successful Sales experience in a similar market environment.
• Excellent German and fluent English (written and oral) .
• Clean Driving License
• Ability to travel 80% in Germany, occasional European travels
