Your tasks
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services
- Work with tools such as Playwright for end-to-end testing and BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality at every stage of the development lifecycle
- Mentor and guide QA engineers and developers on testing strategies and quality standards
- Establish metrics and reporting to track and improve product quality
- Team player and good communication skills to work effectively with other teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, including in an agile environment.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Playwright or Cypress
- Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing platforms
- Solid knowledge of programming/scripting languages/frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, React)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A passion for quality and a strong attention to detail
