As a Product Manager Software, you’ll lead the end-to-end vision for our operations tooling suite, ensuring our tools drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall customer experience. You’ll work closely with teams across engineering, data science, and operations to build impactful solutions that keep cities moving.
Your Role:
- Define Product Strategy: Own the full product lifecycle, from defining the vision and roadmap to setting clear OKRs that align with operational efficiency, cost structure, and customer metrics.
- Prioritize and Plan: Consolidate inputs from cross-regional operations, engineering, and commercial teams to create a clear, prioritized backlog – always focusing on outcomes and impact.
- Be the Internal Champion: Act as the voice for operations tools, regularly briefing CTO, COO, and regional leads on performance,as well as translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases
- Drive Adoption and Engagement: Design and execute effective launch plans, supporting training, change management, and communications to embed tools into daily workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct hands-on field research, gather user feedback, and optimize the product based on market trends (e.g., AI opportunities) and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Solid experience in product management, ideally in software, Android apps, or urban mobility
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and experience with agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities in intercultural environments
- Strong English skills at C1 level are needed, German at B2 or higher is a plus and Polish language skills are a nice bonus
