Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

• Maximierung des Aftermarkt-Geschäftswertes pro Produkt (z.B. Auftragsvolumen, Umsatz, Deckungsbeitrag, Marktanteil)
• Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Produktvision mit dem OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
• Sammlung und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen und – erwartungen in Bezug auf Produkte
• Analyse von Marktrends und Identifikation von Innovationspotential
• Entwicklung von Business Cases und Produktplänen für Auswahl, Definition, Entwicklung, Validierung, Markteinführung und Vermarktung von Innovationen
• Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaft, idealerweise mit eine MBA
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Business Development Engineering, Projektmanagement
• Idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bahnsektor oder bei OEM-Zulieferern
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft
• Strategisches Denken
• Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit
• Internationale Erfahrung
• Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
