Working Student (f/m/d) - Market Data Services (Sales and Customer Care)

Your Tasks

Together with the international Market Data Services team, you will work directly with our customers. You will advise our customers on our diverse market data solutions and products. You will bring feedbacks directly from the customer into the team to further optimize our commercial processes. You will independently analyze and determine markets and target groups for our solutions and products. In addition, you will contribute to product development and sales activities to promote a tailor-made customer experience.

You will be part of a great team right from the start and you can prove your hands-on mentality in the tasks we take on together.

Your Skills

• Ideally, you are studying social sciences or economics or comparable
• You have a good understanding of data and information industry (e.g. financial data)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• First experiences in Power Automate, PowerBi, DataBricks, Looker ... are a bonus, but not a must
• IT affinity and fun to familiarize yourself with new software
• Very good English and German skills, any further language is a bonus
