Your Tasks

As our new Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d) you will drive the development of services and solutions for the international commodity markets. You will support business, regulatory, and infrastructural, initiatives by assessing, analyzing, developing, and documenting solutions. Furthermore, this includes accompanying the solution towards successful implementation. You will build and maintain close and effective working relationships with (senior) stakeholders across business segments and corporate functions, coach team members and manage the efforts of third-party contractors and consultants. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the further development of our company, its products, and services. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.

You Bring Along

• Degree in Business, Economics or comparable and previous working experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or a Service Developer in financial services and/or the commodity markets environment
• Ability to tackle several projects simultaneously and within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization Knowledge of business acceptance coordination is an asset
• Experience and willingness to work at the interface of various business areas
• Good to excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good to very good inter-personal skills to interact with stakeholders from operational staff up to senior management
• Very Good to excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German & English
