Product Manager - Hardware - #2166327

You drive the development and management of our bikesharing hardware products – from the first concept to market launch and beyond. As part of our product team, you'll work on designing innovative hardware features that shape the urban mobility of tomorrow. You bring technical know-how, strategic thinking, and a strong customer focus to the table.

• Understand Market & Users: Conduct market and user research to identify trends and needs, and derive the product vision and strategy from these insights
• Define Product: Set clear hardware requirements and features, prioritize tasks, and determine the MVP
• Manage Development: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to oversee design, prototyping, and testing, ensuring hardware quality
• Plan Market Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies and work closely with marketing and sales to successfully launch products
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously optimize hardware products.
  
  

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Solid experience in hardware product management, ideally in consumer electronics, IoT, or mobility
• In-depth knowledge of hardware development, prototyping, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Strong analytical skills, decisive, and always customer-focused
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire teams and stakeholders
• Strong English skills at C1 level are needed, some German is a plus
• Passionate about sustainability and urban mobility
