Nursing specialist / expert (m/f/d) part-time

We are looking for you at Helios Parkklinikum at the earliest possible date as a healthcare and nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the function of a nursing expert

with approx. 20 to 30 % time off for work as a nursing expert & approx. 70 to 80 % work as a nursing specialist

What you can expect

You will be responsible for carrying out care & process visits

You are responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of care

You will be responsible for planning and implementing care projects across wards and facilities

You are responsible for evaluating nursing measures and concepts as part of your ward activities

You will support your colleagues both in highly complex care situations and in developing their nursing expertise

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) and ideally have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on nursing or are willing to complete such a degree

You are characterized by sound specialist knowledge

You have a strong interest in working in a multi-professional team and networked action

You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit

You are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
