Your Task:

• Providing professional service to our guests in the BAR CABANA and in the SYNDEO restaurant
• Conducting sales talks and providing professional advice to guests
• Ability to provide information on food and drink menus, including the correct preparation and serving of coffee specialities and drinks
• Preparation of accounts and daily financial statements
• Carrying out the daily mise en place including set-up and follow-up tasks, e.g. polishing cutlery, cleaning work, replenishing menus
• Constantly checking the cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant, ensuring that hygiene standards are always maintained and guaranteed
  
  

Your Profil:

• Initial experience in the hotel and catering industry
• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
