EX Venture is looking for an HR Intern to support recruitment and people operations across our portfolio of innovative companies. This internship provides hands-on experience in building recruitment systems, improving hiring processes, and supporting the operational foundations of a fast-growing international organization.
You will work closely with leadership and hiring teams to attract top global talent while helping create efficient and scalable HR processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Create and optimize job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and people operations projects.
- Assist with HR policies, documentation, and process improvements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline candidate screening, outreach, and HR workflows.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, entrepreneurship, sustainability, AI, and innovation.
- Ability to make data-driven hiring decisions using recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of employee engagement, people operations, and HR best practices is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated individuals who take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow professionally.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows is a strong advantage.
- International mindset and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
