This role leads the clarity, tone and consistency of how LIS is expressed, while overseeing communications, marketing and admissions to ensure a coherent and aligned experience over time

Your tasks and responsibilities

• 
  Lead the development of a coherent marketing, admissions and communication approach aligned with the LIS strategic direction
  
• 
  Use data and insight to guide enrolment planning and decision-making
  
• 
  Monitor trends, positioning and enrolment patterns to ensure LIS is clearly and authentically represented
  
• 
  Provide leadership and coordination for the relevant teams and functions
  
• 
  Support enrolment planning through data-informed decision-making
  
• 
  Ensure a consistent and effective approach to internal and external communications
  
• 
  Strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the school’s reputation and positioning
  
• 
  Contribute to whole-school planning and strategic initiatives
  

Your profile

• 
  Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education Management or a related field
  
• 
  Ability to manage teams and projects
  
• 
  Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• 
  Analytical and organisational capability
  
•
