This role brings together marketing, admissions and communication to ensure that every interaction with LIS, from first inquiry through enrolment and into ongoing engagement, reflects who we are as a learning community. The experience should be clear, thoughtful and aligned with our values. This role leads the clarity, tone and consistency of how LIS is expressed, while overseeing communications, marketing and admissions to ensure a coherent and aligned experience over time


Your tasks and responsibilities


  • Lead the development of a coherent marketing, admissions and communication approach aligned with the LIS strategic direction

  • Use data and insight to guide enrolment planning and decision-making

  • Monitor trends, positioning and enrolment patterns to ensure LIS is clearly and authentically represented

  • Provide leadership and coordination for the relevant teams and functions

  • Support enrolment planning through data-informed decision-making

  • Ensure a consistent and effective approach to internal and external communications

  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the school’s reputation and positioning

  • Contribute to whole-school planning and strategic initiatives


Your profile


  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education Management or a related field

  • Ability to manage teams and projects

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical and organisational capability

  • Commitment to the values and mission of Leipzig International School
