Innovation & Grant Consulting Track Internship | Relocation to Bali - #2634351
EX Venture Inc.
EPIC SOLUTIONS GLOBAL is currently looking for highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in consulting, finance, mechanical engineering, project management, business analysis, research coordination, or related technical fields who want to work at the intersection of innovation, engineering, and international funding. This role is focused on supporting and executing state-level, federal, European Union, and international research collaboration grant applications connected to real-world technology, AI, engineering, sustainability, and industrial innovation projects across Europe and the United States.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for focused, disciplined, and detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable working with complex technical information, large amounts of paperwork, project documentation, and structured funding requirements. This opportunity is especially suited for people with a consulting, finance, mechanical engineering, business analysis, industrial engineering, project management, research coordination, or technical writing background. Candidates should be able to think clearly, communicate professionally, and work closely with engineers, founders, researchers, consultants, and international project teams. A strong technical understanding is highly valuable because many projects involve engineering systems, AI, automation, sustainability, industrial innovation, and research collaboration. We are currently prioritizing candidates with strong English skills, with Spanish and German language skills considered a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will support the full grant and innovation consulting process, including researching state, federal, European Union, and international funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, developing research collaboration proposals, and organizing complex project documentation. The role involves working directly with engineers and technical teams to understand project concepts, technical milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, and expected impact, then translating that information into clear, funder-ready documents. Responsibilities also include preparing work packages, timelines, partner descriptions, technical summaries, impact sections, compliance documents, and project execution materials. Candidates will also help track deadlines, eligibility requirements, reporting structures, and submission criteria while supporting internal research, innovation strategy, market analysis, and business development tasks.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship or trial period, candidates will gain hands-on experience in how international innovation funding works and how advanced technology projects move from concept to funding to execution. They will learn how to prepare real grant applications for engineering, AI, sustainability, automation, and industrial innovation projects while collaborating with international teams across Europe and the United States. Candidates will develop practical skills in technical writing, structured research, project coordination, funding strategy, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication with engineers and founders. Most importantly, they will build a professional portfolio based on real international project work, giving them a stronger foundation for future careers in consulting, finance, grant writing, project management, engineering coordination, innovation management, or international business development.
