You'll make an impact by

• You are responsible for LoA co-ordination and assisting the LoA Process Owner


• You negotiate service agreements with our customers and expand our business.


• You improve relationships and visibility to enable earlier interaction and focus on our services during negotiations.


• You are responsible for the digitalization and improvement of our overall LoA and approval process.


• You enable the experienced use of data analytics to predict and model market vertical trends, portfolio and customer installed base.


• You are an integral part of planning, budget, and forecasting, and you are operating the creation of new business models and determining business cases, scalability and following up.

• You have several years of experience in customer-related functions.


• You have outstanding judgment and negotiation capabilities.


• You have validated ability to work with different partners across organizations and portfolios, and you have outstanding analytical skills.


• You have a master’s degree in finance or business administration.
