Position Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of industrial software by connecting technologies across the Siemens portfolio? In this role, you'll define and execute the product strategy for Mendix within the industrial market, focusing on identifying, developing, and scaling strategic synergies between Mendix and other Siemens solutions.

By integrating Mendix and Siemens technologies, you'll help customers address complex business challenges, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, and maximize the value of their software investments. Working across Siemens organizations, customers, and partners, you'll align market needs, portfolio strategy, and innovation investments while driving growth through Industrial AI, process orchestration, and next-generation application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap—connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
• Build strategic collaboration across the Siemens software portfolio to deliver integrated solutions and measurable customer value
• Engage key Siemens partners to align on market positioning and innovation priorities
• Lead a high-performing team of industrial Product Managers to drive innovation and market success.
• Work directly with customers and go-to-market teams to validate and scale high-impact use cases that shape strategy
• Drive innovation in AI, process orchestration, and agentic application development, delivering next-generation capabilities for industrial customers
  
  

Qualifications

• Deep Siemens Ecosystem Expertise – Proven understanding of the Siemens portfolio, organizational structure, and partner landscape. Shown ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business units and R&D
• Strategic Influence & Portfolio Synergies – Track record of identifying growth opportunities and building compelling business cases. Demonstrated success in influencing product and R&D teams to pursue joint initiatives that expand market reach
• Industrial Market & Customer Insight – In-depth knowledge of industrial customer processes, competitive dynamics, and market trends. Ability to translate customer challenges into product strategy and innovation priorities that drive revenue growth

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is €120,000 to €164,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
