We are currently looking for a High School Manager to join our busy team in Leipzig—helping strengthen our presence and recruitment through the high school channel across Europe.

Hours of Work: Full time

Location: Leipzig, Germany

In this newly created High School Manager role, you will lead the execution of the LULC high school strategy, coordinate day-to-day and longer-term recruitment and engagement across key markets, and work closely with global and local stakeholders to support student journeys. You will travel to selected Tier 1 markets for recruitment events and school visits, manage student leads through counsellor engagement, collaborate on individual student cases and applications, and help develop the marketing collateral and assets needed to grow the channel. Your focus will be to drive direct enrolment growth for high-value programmes and deepen relationships with high school counsellors.

High School Manager Duties:

Own and deliver the high school strategy; coordinate recruitment and engagement activities with counsellors across priority markets; travel to key locations for events and school visits; support the global high school team remotely; work with counsellors on student cases and applications; collaborate with SRMs and SRAs in markets of focus; partner with the LULC Marketing Manager to create high school channel collateral; follow up on student leads; and contribute to measurable growth through the high school channel.

High School Manager Requirements:

• Experience in education recruitment, student recruitment, admissions, or business development (high school or related channels preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with school counsellors and internal partners.
• Confident planning and coordination skills for both day-to-day activity and longer-term recruitment initiatives.
• Confident in public speaking and presenting to larger audiences
• Willingness to travel to selected Tier 1 markets for key recruitment events and school visits.
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on conversion and measurable impact (not just activity).
• High level of English proficiency required. Strong German proficiency very valued.
