To support our HR Services team we are searching for an HR Coordinator/ Personalsachbearbeiter (f/m/D) to be based in our Leipzig office. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

• Responsability for the HR administration along the entire employee life cycle
• Digital support for our employees with focus on Germany
• Maintenance of the personnel systems of the electronic personnel file
• Independent preparation of all certificates and working papers (employment contracts, references, vacation certificates, etc.)
• Administrative support for HR business partners in all personnel administration activities
• Close cooperation with our HR business partners and Division Managers
• Preparation of documents for the on-boarding process
• Administration and employee support in the use of electronic time recording
• Organization of further training measures and language courses as well as cooperation in HR projects and support in HR processes
  
  

Who You Are

• Completed apprenticeship, university degree or solid professional experience in HR
• Professional experience in human resources is an advantage
• Very careful and precise way of working with a high level of commitment and flexibility
• High integrity, discretion, absolute reliability and a distinctive “hands on” mentality
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, initial experience with HR information systems (e.g. Workday, Atoss)
• Ability to work in a team and enthusiasm, strong communication skills and initiative
