WMS Analyst – Manhattan WMS - #2628998

Join our international Fulfilment Technology team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing Manhattan WMS across multiple European fulfilment centres.

As a WMS Analyst, you will be responsible for the stability, performance and continuous improvement of our Warehouse Management System landscape. You will work closely with warehouse operations, IT teams and external partners to support daily operations, deliver system enhancements and contribute to new customer implementations.

Your responsibilities

• Provide support for WMS incidents and operational issues
• Act as the key point of contact between warehouse operations, IT teams and external vendors
• Analyse, design, test and implement WMS enhancements and process improvements
• Support and monitor integrations with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Execute code deployments and support infrastructure-related changes
• Develop SQL queries, reports and operational insights
• Participate in testing activities and document system changes and improvements
• Support the creation of SOPs, user documentation and end-user training
• Collaborate with colleagues across Fulfilment Technology, Automation and Logistics Systems teams

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in WMS implementation, configuration, testing and support
• Excellent SQL skills
• Good understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations
• Experience working with system integrations in operational environments
• Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and MHE integrations is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Fluent English communication skills
• Additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
